Intermediate Hatha Yoga would be suitable if you have some foundation in yoga and knowledge in bones structure, muscles, ligaments and breathing technique, because Intermediate course requires higher level of energy and strength, to further enhance, extend and evolve the technical movement and breathing techniques.

Living Yoga will provide professional guidance in accordance to students’ level and abilities. Contents are comprehensive and challenging. The so-called “challenging” is to challenge your own ability and perseverance, confidence and courage level.
